Dear Fellow Braddock District Council Members,
This is just a friendly reminder about our council meeting tomorrow evening (Wednesday, September 16). We hope you can join us at 7PM in Braddock Hall (9002 Burke Lake Rd)!
Guest speaker Courtney Arroyo from the Fairfax County Department of Emergency Management and Security will be joining us. Come learn how your community can be prepared for possible emergencies in the future.
In other news, please check out the most recent updates on the Braddock Road Multimodal project. All of us within the district will be impacted by the project even if your community is not adjacent to Braddock Road. Some of the environmental documents that are part of the project have rapidly approaching deadlines for public feedback, especially the Categorical Exclusion draft. Comments must be submitted by no later than next Monday, September 21. Your feedback makes a difference!
