From the President (July 2026)

Dear Fellow Braddock District Council Members,

The past two weeks have been a challenging time for many of our residents due to the excessive heat, followed by the microburst storm.  If you are in need of support, please check out the latest Braddock Beacon from the District Supervisor’s office for a list of resources available to residents.

Thanks go to last month’s guest speakers on volunteering in our local community.  You can help the Fairfax County Agency on Aging determine what services are most needed for seniors in our district by completing this survey.  You must be 50 or older to take the survey.

Upcoming Events:

Council Meeting

Wednesday, September 16th

Braddock Hall, 7PM

Membership renewal invoices were sent out in early June.  If you did not receive a notice or are unsure of your status, please contact our treasurer: bdcfxtreasurer@gmail.com

If you have any topic suggestions or concerns that affect the Braddock District as a whole, we'd love to hear from you.  Thank you for supporting your local community, and I look forward to seeing you at our next meeting.

Todd President, BDC
