About The Event
The next Braddock District Council meeting will be on Wednesday, 15 February at 7 p.m. in Braddock Hall (9002 Burke Lake Road, Burke, VA)
This will be a regular business meeting. Per our Bylaws, in order to conduct business a quorum of seven (7) members in good standing (dues paid) is required, so it’s important that all paid-up associations have a representative at this in-person meeting. If your association has not yet joined, please check the BDC website (https://www.braddockdistrictcouncil.org) for the sign-up forms.
Based on requests from various associations regarding Officers & Directors and general liability insurance issues, the main item at this meeting will be a presentation by Bruce Easmunt, an attorney with Chadwick-Washington, a practice specializing in homeowner/community/condo association law. This is a great opportunity to learn if your association needs to obtain or update insurance coverage and if so, what kind(s) and what level(s) of coverage would be appropriate.
We hope to see you on the 15th!
The agenda can be found here.
