About The Event

The next Braddock District Council meeting will be on Wednesday, 15 February at 7 p.m. in Braddock Hall (9002 Burke Lake Road, Burke, VA)

This will be a regular business meeting. Per our Bylaws, in order to conduct business a quorum of seven (7) members in good standing (dues paid) is required, so it’s important that all paid-up associations have a representative at this in-person meeting. If your association has not yet joined, please check the BDC website (https://www.braddockdistrictcouncil.org) for the sign-up forms.

Based on requests from various associations regarding Officers & Directors and general liability insurance issues, the main item at this meeting will be a presentation by Bruce Easmunt, an attorney with Chadwick-Washington, a practice specializing in homeowner/community/condo association law.
